A Tool That Business Owners Need To Use

I want you to imagine something for me.
Someone is interested in your product/service, they get to the checkout, they are RIGHT about to click the buy button…
But then suddenly, the dog is barking for their attention, their kids want a lollypop, dinner is ready. Something or someone has taken their attention away, and they get distracted from buying.
Then they forget about your product/service and go onto doing other things…. Then they forget the next day…
Another day…
Three days…
Now they have already given you their information, it's at the palm of your hands.
If you think to yourself as a business owner 'Well, they will eventually remember and get back to me', you may be surprised as to how long it will actually take for them to come back, or how they may just not come back at all.
Instead, you need to reactivate them. But how? It's called following up with them.
Whether through email, call, text, whatever information you have to follow-up with them and remind them 'Hey, our product/service still exists, you were planning to buy this', because so much money is in the follow-up. It's an amazing way to get leads into clients/customers.
We also don't live their lives, something may have happened and they are thinking about other things. But you need to remind them that you're still an option and actually exist. ESPECIALLY if you have their contact details and they were actually interested in buying.
So… Call, email, text, do whatever you need to, so you can reactivate those leads. Because following up is an amazing tool to use, and if you have their information at the palm of your hands. Do it.
